UD Monday! Plans?
 
Full week this week at work, how will I survive??? :hyst: :stars:

B - 2 eggs, waffle 280c
S - peaches/cottage cheese 140c
L - roasted chicken and salad 250c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - spinach / zucc lasagna made with ground turkey 500c
probably some popcorn and chocolate tonight

we are going to the strawberry patch tonight to pick! We are all excited!

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee, iced tea
L: Either a banh mi or a small chili
D: I picked up elk, bison, wild boar, and venison, so it will probably be one of those, with a veggie, and maybe some pasta with myzithra.

I'm hoping to go to the gym, but I have some back pain, so I may rest another day or two.

D - cheeseburger, popchips, some kind of green or fruit
S- diet root beer float

I need to calculate the dinner calories but I should come in under 1800.

Nothing really appeals to me today. I'm not hungry for some reason. I think I'll have tuna and veggies for lunch and eggs and veggies for dinner. I think I'll get most of my calories from a 3-minute chocolate cake (Linda's Low Carb recipe) with Pillsbury sugar free chocolate fudge frosting. I like it as well as something carby. It's really yummy!

not sure, but if I do need calories, I will check on it)

Snack- apple slices with peanut butter (250)

And I'm still starving! Really want to run to the store and get some cookies or something. I'm blaming this on TOM, though if TOM is going to keep coming every two weeks I'll have a real problem. Dinner is estimated at 600 calories, which leaves me about 400 to play with, but I could easily eat another 2000 calories right now, before my work day is even over.

Had butter toast, bacon and coffee with fat free creamer this morning for breakfast.
Am about to snack since I didn't eat lunch (wasn't hungry).
Dinner I'll probably fry some pork chops and have a salad to go with it.

trying to make it to 1700 cals today. we'll see how that goes, lol

L: 3 fried eggs and 2 pork sausage patties
D: Taco soup w/sour cream, cocktail of some sort
D: Something like cheese or PB - I'll have around 400-500 more calories to burn unless I get snacky during the day!

Lunch ended up just chicken and cottage cheese. We didn't realize there was no lettuce here at the office. Also my morning snack ended up only being 100c, as I only used 1/4 cup cottage cheese.

We may not end up at the strawberry patch tonight. DD11 ended up heading to Worlds of Fun for the day with the sitter. Have no clue when they will come home. Bt at Sunny and 73* today, it's a perfect day to be at the amusement park!

LCG, my DD11 loves it too. So does my DS14, he didn't want to go since it was last minute and no friends could go. 14 is a STRANGE age! I haven't been in a while either, I would have loved to have gone today. Weather is perfect!

I had a banh mi with sriracha for lunch.

DH is making wild boar meatloaf for dinner.

OMG I have been wanting 7-layer salad for the longest time! I just don't

Had to make a road trip tonight, so dinner was Burger King in the truck. Small bacon burger, small fries, dr. Pepper...

No beer, and no ice cream. Less calories than originally planned. But I'm full and satisfied.

Delta - I've been thinking about lasagna for weeks! Might have to make some of that soon!
