My goal today is to HAVE a DD. Haven't managed one since last Thursday. Friday was a MD, Saturday was a MD and Sunday was an UUUAD!

Today - no more than 350 calories.

coffee 20
yogurt 80
broth 10
V8 70
dinner - veggies and protein 170.

I tend to not like to plan my dinner, but rather go with what I feel like eating as to protein and veggies. I enjoy the "game" of figuring out how much volumn I can get from low calorie veggies and be surprised. I've never been one to plan meals ahead of time, for the most part, but rather enjoy imprompt cooking. That's just me.

Wendy's Chili....the only problem is I have found 2 different cal counts for it. Wendy's website said 270 and Caloriecount website says 310. 40 cal difference.

Small is 210 with no cheese, onions, or crackers.
Large is 310, also plain. If you add items, you get higher calories.

I lost the bulk of my weight having a small chili almost EVERY down day.

ETA: I just went to their website and they've changed the counts!! 180 for a small, and 270 for a large, both plain. No wonder I lost so well, hehe! Go with the current information, as that means they either changed their ingredients, or made the serving size smaller.

Calorie count is using the old information. I'd go by what the website says.

Cute avi Dawn!

I had a weird weekend-- I'd say to UDs, so today is for sure a DD. Not sure what to do about Wednesday and Thursday-- have work people in town and I'm sort of hostessing.
Going out for dinner on Wed. and over to my house for grilling on Thursday (making pork ribs).
I'm thinking fast-5 both those days. (that's where you fast until dinner, right?)

Anyway, today:

B: water and a ptero
L: iced tea and vitamins incl ptero
might have some cucumber and fat free dressing-- like, 30 cal?

Dinner: probably chicken breast and broccoli, and yogurt for dessert. ~500 is the plan

S.

If I manage to close for the day, there's an extra 20kcals for a mug of chicken broth and 10g of kale chips (50kcals). So, approx. 400kcals for the day.

I've had a great DD so far today - plenty of energy and have not been particularly hungry. I'm slightly amazed!

It's 10pm and I haven't eaten yet! This afternoon, my little granddaughter offered me a toffee and looked so affronted when I asked if I could save it for later, that I ate it - and waited for the hunger to be triggered. Nothing!

Won't risk going to bed empty, so am about to have some cheddar on a Ryvita for about 100 cals with my third cuppa, making 145 cals for the day. Cool!

Soren, you sound like me. I have some travel and client lunches/dinners this week and have been trying to figure out how to tweak things to make it work. I knew I had to switch my days at a minimum so made yesterday's DD a MD and having a regular DD today.

B- coffee
Lunch- Greek yogurt 140
S- shiratake noodles in ramen chicken broth 40
D- baked potato topped with Weight Watchers Turkey Sloppy Joes. I'm estimating 350

Over a little for the day 530

I have not had any meals really. Coffee, an orange, more coffee at work. A Luna fiber bar (so yummy for only 110 calories). Veggies and low fat spinach dip. Having a salad for dinner but I had so much celery I'm stuffed right now lol Might skip dinner and have a 14 calorie ice pop or 2.
