I have fresh squash from this year's garden (someone's at flea market) and red potatoes. Looking forward to eating some of that!

D: omelette with a little cheese and some steamed veg

(I think this is the same thing i've had for the last 3 or 4 DDs but i enjoy and look forward to it AND it's quick and easy to cook!)

Also had a bag of cheese puffs. :D I'm at 410 and planning on 700 total.

Only 3 ppl DDing today. ;) Boy, we're dedicated!!

Well I think I'm turning today's DD into a MD so I can switch my days since I have a client lunch AND dinner meeting scheduled for Tuesdays DD. (Im trying to remember how to switch days and I thought this was the way, changing a DD to a MD and ollowing with a DD tomorrow?)

B- Bagel thin and shmear lite crem cheese 150, Greek yogurt 150

L- We're going to the gym to swim for an hour then meeting friends for crawfish! I love crawfish season! Fun to eat and SUPER low in calories! 1lb shell on = 75 cal. I'll probably eat 4lbs plus 3 beers and one potatoe and one corn. I skip the dips and just dip in a little Slap Yo Mama (it's a Cajun seasoning). I'm figuring 700.

D- not sure. Need to figure out how many calories I'm supposed to do today? (I'm normally 475/2600)

Cooking my squash and potatoes now. :) I'm continually amazed at how many calories are in potatoes, lol. I can have 4 tiny potatoes for 100 calories and a whole frying pan full of squash for 90.:eek:

yesterday turned into an UUAD after only 2 meals...
But today is good... And pretty typical menu for me on a DD...
B: coffee, creamer
L: ham slices, carrots, celery, ranch
D: chicken, veggies
S: coffee, creamer

368 calories

Oh boy, scratch the MD...might be an UD LOL hubby wants to go to the movies. He has not wanted to go in 3 years so who am I to say no? Maybe I can skip the popcorn...or candy...hmmmmmmmm I'll do my best!

We hardly ever go to the movies... I just can't skip movie theatervpopcorn... Hope you were able to enjoy!

My total was around 700, and a little under. Seems to not be working now--the higher cal DDs, so back to the drawing board, I think.
