Hi, Mike!

Guys, check out your library for workout DVDs you can take home and enjoy. Librarian explained to me today that since they are non-fiction, they are treated as books in our library system. (No hurry to return, no additional charge. I had assumed all DVDs had to be returned in a few days, like movies do. ) It may be the same for you. I was surprised to see some I know are recent releases. Plus, now that I know about it, I can go online and see which ones might be at other branches I can request sent to my branch.

Great idea Whitlin'! I'll have to check that out....pun intended!

I've been hula hooping a bit and doing some light weight workouts. I don't post it every day but I'm seeing a little definition in my arms and legs.

I agree nice profile picture Mike!

I ran 14.32 Kim's this morning. Going to do upper body bow flex workout still today. I am still checking in but most of my posts are "ran today..." So not always typing those in. There has been a lot of flooding in my area so it has been a lot of running the same routes all the time too. I need to shake things up and do some cross trading with some DVD's!!
