UD Saturday ~ What's the plan?
B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee, iced tea
We're going to a wedding in Napa this evening, so lunch will be on the road, and dinner will be whatever's served at the reception + wedding cake!
I'll try to keep lunch low calorie and then not worry about dinner.

D- not sure depends on how late games go (it will be after 9)

B- egg beaters, Trader Joes hash brown patty, Thomas English Corn muffin, homemade frappucino: 640 calories
Will probably have a late lunch/early dinner for the 1200 remaining calories. It's so hot out I feel like I could easily drink 1200 calories of Pina Coladas
Trying for a higher UD today to reach my numbers from the calculator. Mu UD is about 50 over 2000.
B: Chickfila Chicken biscuit, half order of hashbrowns and some cranberry juice.
L: Not sure yet. About to go out with my boyfriend. Will see what he is in the mood for.
D: Salmon, veggies with some cous cous
some deviled eggs I made last night while I couldn't sleep.

This meal plan allows for me to have about 500 calories for my lunch
B: 3 eggs , 2 cups yogurt
L: 4 oz lamb burger
D: salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, 5 oz roasted turkey, feta cheese, yogurt/mustard/EVOO dressing), strawberries and blueberries with yogurt
There WAS wine, a ton of it, and a ton of food. Even eating healthy and lower cal during the day, I'm pretty sure my dinner, cake, and the 800 glasses of wine I had was at least 2000 calories. :stars:
