Starting a new thread for those of us who only weigh in once a week - i didn't put a month so that we can just continue over the months ahead :)

June 1 is 2 weeks since I decided to try maintaining with TDEE -15%. My goal is to maintain between 155-159.

Just started the once a week weigh in. I plan to always weigh after a down day, so it will be off by a day or so each week.

Having to wait for next week for a good loss, I guess. I had another three Up Days in a row this weekend, and it has slowed me down.

Weigh in day - was also after an upday but I only weigh on Fridays. Also got ToM a week early so hopefully next week will be better

I'm an Atkins-er, but I hope I'm welcome in the thread anyway :)

I normally weigh on Saturdays but I'm weighing on Thursdays for the month of June. I started low carbing last Wednesday (5/29: 166.8).

6/06: 160.4

Oh, ho! Feeling good.

I take my weekend weight, whichever day is after an Up Day. (I enjoy those post-Down Days weights, but they don't feel real to me). This weekend, that's today, so just a few days after my weight from last week(wasn't able to weigh-in on Sunday, due to being away from home.)

I seem to have completely recovered from my weekend splurges, and am heading into new territory! :) Plus, several people told me last night at our monthly meeting, that I was looking good, and they could tell I have lost weight. (I think the new, non-baggy jeans, helped.)

Hi everyone, back after falling off the Juddd wagon and gaining 12lbs :( hoping to get back to 220 by the end of august. I'm not going to change my stats as a reminder to myself what giving into bad eating habits can do, so I'm easing myself back in with 2 DDs weekly & going from there.

I think I am going to start doing this tomorrow.:) (Today is DD). I need to do something to keep myself accountable. I weighed yesterday but didn't get an actual weight (wii fit only gives BMI and I was too chicken to actually let the system save my weight, which was WAY up, but thankfully, still in the "normal" range:o) Definitely looking for a downward trend now that I'm back on track.

An incredible 3.5 pounds down for me this week, can't quite understand how that happened, although i did stick strictly to my rotations but didn't have less than 500 kcals on any DD. Not that i'm complaining :)

CarolinaCoast, your weight is so low that I don't know whether to say congrats on your gain or hang in there if you're trying to lose. :)

Thanks, SB. I'm in maintenance, and I'm trying to tweak it a little to see where I'm most comfortable. I was actually a bit bummed today that I gained that pound, but I've been doing nosedives in the carbs! It's only the second week that I'm adding carbs back, and I'm enjoying myself a little too much. Thanks for saying my weight is low. When you're this close to it, that extra pound looks really BIG!
