Hey Cici

I feel pretty darned good. On UP days we eat out.
Mostly eat only what I have at restaurant, unless I get a little
crave about 8:00 p.m. I always have something left over from DD
like the Asian soup that I made yesterday. I might have that or some
Hood LC milk and always Relax tea before bed.

I actually look forward to DD's...isn't that weird?

Here are my last weights, monthly since I started, and weekly for the last month. I'm pleased that even with my challenges, I am holding steady. BUT...I'm now looking forward to going down again.

So maybe I'm going to be a once a week weigher. I started back on rotations a week ago at 155 and this morning I weighed 150. Yesterday was supposed to be a dd and I felt like it was going to be a tough one and I didn't want that on a day the kids and hubby were home. Now I'm not planning another dd until thursday. I'll probably be doing 5:2 for now. I'm not in any hurry though. It has to be something that'll work for life.

Jbinme, terrific 1st week results since restarting!

I joined the Halloween challenge that ends eight weeks from tomorrow, so I will begin weighing in weekly on Thur. 9/5. My goal is to finally get below 140 once and for all, and maintain a weight range of 135-138 lbs. forevermore.

At this point in my life being peri-menopausal & hypo-thyroid, my hormones are so wacky that I won't be doing low down days. I'm restarting with 4:3 ( MWF @ 1600 / TTS @ 800 / Sun @ 1200. IF 16/8 works to keep my appetite under control, so I have no binge issues. My eating window is 10 am - 6 pm.

I'm back from my onsite last week, where I re-caught my stomach flu that I had started the week before
Anyway, I weighed yesterday, to see where I'm at:

9/5: 256.2 (after a good DD, restart).
9/15: 253.6

moving in the right direction, if not for the right reason

onward and downward!
