Thanks slowsure. I have quite a bit to lose so it's comming off fast right now.

I won't be able to weigh in next Friday as I will be out of town on a mini vacation, hoping a few UD in a row wont set me back TOO far....

I was super busy and didn't get to post my Saturday WI, but here it is:

6/17: 228.0
6/22: 224.5

Not quite a week and if I hadn't already been at that number, bouncing back and forth between that and 3 lbs. less, I'd be doing backflips. I am, however, happy that it was positive progress.

Great job, everyone else!

Hi gang!

I'm back after 2 weeks away-- have 2 weeks at home, then away again for a week (and no kitchen, so I really don't know what I'll be doing)... aaaand we have a long weekend here, so staying on track is more of a challenge than ever.

Anyway, I weighed yesterday, after my DD, to get a starting point:

6/25 - 249.4 bah, humbug. My own fault, lots of off-track eating, so I'm not complaining Onward and downward.

This is a minor miracle considering my scheduled "break" last Sunday started Saturday afternoon and continued through bedtime Monday night. I still haven't been brave enough to pull out the ketostix.

On the up side, I would not consider it a binge as I was not continuously shoveling carbs down my gullet. It was just poorly executed lol.

I didn't finish off the apple fritters Saturday night so of course I had to knock those out Sunday. Since they were day-old Sunday, I figured I may as well get some butter pecan ice cream to help moisten them up lol. And then Monday I had leftover ice cream so of course I needed more fritters to go with that.

At any rate, my tastebuds were fully saturated to the point where I truly had more than enough so it's out of my system now.

Just dropping in to show support. You are all doing so well.

I am just back from my 4 day mini vacation, when I didn't track anything at all. That being said I didn't go crazy either, and before JUDDD I would have.

Started today with a DD so will weigh in Friday like normal, then I will see what the damage is ....

Thank you for the support and comments everyone!

Slow - yes i can tell i've lost weight from my face, it looks much thinner than two months ago. My clothes certainly fit better, the jeans i had on yesterday were starting to fall down, DH remarked on it. And today sitting here in the kitchen on a wooden chair it doesn't feel like i have so much padding on my butt

Demonica, i bet the whole of that 1.1 pounds is due to TOM and will vanish as quickly as it arrived!

Sirtain, i'm sure more losses will follow, hey at least you didn't gain

meggen, thanks for popping in, hope your 4 day mini vacation went well, sounds like you were OK foodwise anyway. Hope your DD goes well and see you on Friday for weigh in
