Ok, I'll fess up Sometimes I weigh daily, sometimes I weigh EOD after a DD.

So, this week, I did see the above low, then up to 265 then today, back to 262.6 (I weighed and moved the scale around a few times... got 260, 263...settled on 262.6 and thought that seemed legit).

^^^ This is why I don't weigh officially, daily. My poor little can't take the DRAMA!!!

I DO weigh every day (and mark it on a chart at home), but I mostly only report my weekly numbers. Otherwise, it feels like just too much information for others to be interested in. As it is, I even had to condense to monthly numbers.

It is amazing to me that I have been doing this for so long that I have an abundance of data. I was never able to stick with a plan like this before.

And even though looking at the numbers, it seems like the past months nothing much has been happening for me, I can tell that I am still making progress, just by keeping at it!

Going to the doctor tomorrow, and I expect them to be amazed as well. Last time they weighed me, I was in the 190s.

It was a tough decision, but I know I'd end up wondering how the week truly went if I didn't face down the scale! I measured, but just my waist and around the bottom.

I was very shy to way today but did.
1-6-12-2014 141.4 lbs. post planned two UDs in a roll Sat-Sunday, Low salt intake starts today. Practiced yesterday
1-9-2014 wt 138 lbs. 9 lbs down in 40 days. Plus 4 days of eating with no added salt. Loss of wt. A nice Happy birthday gift to me.

Lol, you sure know how to make a 'nilla 'killa smile!!

Success for me won't be till I'm pushing a 10 lb. loss! I honestly had no idea it was going to be that good of a loss. I had to look 3 times before I looked up to the Heavens and praised the Lord. All I did for the week was stick close to my DD numbers. My UDs I kept half an eye on. Trying to eat later in the day on both days. I was so psyched I decided to try the normal rotation instead of my M/W/F DD schedule. We'll see how it goes this week.

You're doing pretty good there yourself.

I haven't seen the film in years but this put me in mind of The Bedford Incident.

Due to a few "indiscretions" involving popcorn and I think chocolate as well (only on UDs, but there you have it) it's taken me a few days to show a loss.

but, I'm learning what works and what doesn't. I *think* I have to stay lower carb. Not crazy low, but lower. My all-cereal DD wasn't a success either-- felt really pretty ill later that night (i.e. cereal for dinner). I think it was low blood sugar?
