I don't know that mine can be counted as an OFFICIAL fastest drop. I had to do some extra fasting for medical reasons, so I took as my weight, what it was after three fasting days. I didn't want to put my accurate weekend weight(even lower) because it was just going to bounce up again.) Kind of complicated, but I feel it was an emotionally correct number for me- showing my progress, without freaking myself out in a few weeks, thinking I had 'gained' back' when it was an artificially low number.

Hmmm, can you tell that I'm the kind of person who usually follows the rules to the dot?!? Guess y'all didn't need that explanation (or probably even understand what the heck I am saying) but I had to clear my conscience, as soon as someone suggested I might have done the quickest. No, not really!

looking forward to this weekend's weight, which will come after some 'normal' JUDDDing, and which I expect to be just as heartening. I am back on my normal rotation today, and really enjoying it.

After seeing my weight loss for the first month I decided to stop weighing every other day in order to not worry about it. I have fell into weighing once a week and I like it so far. I will probably weigh myself more frequently once I reach goal to maintain but until then I'm fine losing at a slow enough pace like this.

It happens, so don't beat yourself up. If you want to skip a weigh in, do it! If it will help your mental health. I've done it! I used to weigh nowhere near TOM, or UUAD. Just didn't want to know.

I think 2.6 IS fantastic. You're doing very well, Devochi. Now, not to bring you down, but just as a reminder, remember, first weeks' results not withstanding, JUDDD is not a QUICK method. You will slow down. Don't be discouraged by it. It is normal, and there are a host of good benefits that come along with reducing slowly.

In the New Year, I will still be cycling my calories & carbs - just at higher levels using my TDEE, which is what Tom Venuto refers to as the "Holy Grail" in BFFM "Burn the Fat - Feed the Muscle". His new hardcover book was released last week, in case any one is interested.
