June Daily Weigh In
 
I'm continuing my maintenance break (started May 25). My goals for this month are to maintain and to introduce back some exercise.

May 31 136lbs

June 1 135lbs (y'day DD)

Best wishes to all those who :weigh: today and my respect to those who don't see what they want nor what they should theoretically expect but persevere/come up with a sensible strategy.

End of May 2013: 197.4 for a loss of 17.4 in 51 days, average of 2.39 pounds per week
UD:2404
DD:481

Goal for June - get below 195 and switch to a working maintenance plan and increase strength training

5/31 DD - 199.2 - 980 - rest day
6/1 UD 197.4 - 2400 planned, weight lifting later

June goal is 174. That's the weight I was when I started law school, before I gained 80 pounds and some massive health problems. It'd be amazing to see that weight again.

I ended May exactly where I started it. I'm hoping after TOM I can have an entire month of steady losses and get to Onederland.

April goal: MET GOAL at 152.2 Loss 5.8lbs.
May goal: 5 lbs to 147 Did not meet goal - Loss for month 2.6lbs
June goal: get to 145 or get solidly in the 140s

6/1 149.6 June here we go!

Goal is to close in on Onederland, and get there this month or next. Continuing 35-50% DDs most of the time as long as it seems to be working.

6/1 - 207.8 - DD - (1000 cals planned - going on a 4-5 mile hike)

Ended may 149 June goal... I want to stick to EOD rotations as much as possible and get as close to goal weight as possible

6/1 UD 197.4 - 4523 - weight lifting (935 calories burned) went with the flow and just ate what ever, a very successful cheat day :)
6/2 DD 200.6 - 600 planned, already went for an early morning run for 7.55 miles (1376 calories burned), so beginning with a deficit of more than I plan to eat.

Isn't that the truth. I even ate higher calories since I had so much physical activity to do. So I will eat more today and get my bounce back up.:)

Oh yes. Wonder what flavor I need today although I will have to drive to town to get it. DH went out of town to visit his brother and to deliver a baby goat to his new owner so he will never know I drove 22 miles round trip for a pint of Blue Bell.:) Sounds like some kind of food obsession.
