Goal is to close in on Onederland, and get there this month or next. Continuing 35-50% DDs most of the time as long as it seems to be working. 1968-2225 UD/shooting for 650-750 most DDs, but up to 1000ish. May include some exercise cals if needed.

6/1 - 207.8 - DD - (1158 cals, burned 1268? according to my online tracker? 2.5 hr hike in hills. Seems high, but even if it's only half that the net calories are in the right place)
6/2 - 206.9 - UD - (1989)
6/3 - 208.7 - DD - (682 - 4.5 hrs serious yard work!)
6/4 - 207.0 - UD - (2071 - more yard work)
6/5 - 206.0 - DD - (695 - last day of yard work marathon)
6/6 - 207.7 - UD - Weird! I think maybe many hours of yard work in the heat + insomnia from a giant iced tea too late in the day + many indicators of retaining water is the explanation)

I just found this out yesterday on this board too! I wonder when they changed? I've been counting them as 210, but excited that it's less. I'm continuing my maintenance break (started May 25). My goals for this month are to maintain and to introduce back some exercise such as cycling.

Previous low (May 25) 133lbs


June 1 135lbs (y'day DD)

June 2 133.8lbs (y'day MD)
June 3 134.8lbs (y'day UD)
June 4 134.8lbs (y'day DD 400kcals)
June 5 133.8lbs (y'day UD 1600kcals)
June 6 133.6lbs (y'day DD approx. 550kcals)
June 7 133.0lbs (y'day UD approx. 1500kcals)

Back to last month's low. MCT oil and supplementing potato starch are helping me to eat all my UD calories. I think I need to sit in the sun to get rid of my stiffness and then I can start cycling again.

Best wishes to all those who today and my respect to those who don't see what they want nor what they should theoretically expect but persevere/come up with a sensible strategy.

6/1 UD 197.4 - 4523 - weight lifting (935 calories burned) went with the flow and just ate what ever, a very successful cheat day
6/2 DD 200.6 - 1088, already went for an early morning run for 7.55 miles (1376 calories burned)
6/3 UD - 201.8 - 2467 - weight lifting (450 calories burned)
6/4 DD - 201.2 - 638 - 4.5 mile walk (463 calories burned)
6/5 UD - 200 - 2515, weight lifting (625 calories burned)
6/6 DD - 199.2 - 305 (HWC and Coffee day), rest day

Well I'm not sure if it was the HWC or if I was just due for a drop. Either way I'm pretty happy. Felt hunger all night long though and was awake a bunch last night, not tired now though. Not sure I'll try it again anytime soon, if I do it will be on a non-work day, it was tough to do at work.

6/5 UD - 200 - 2515, weight lifting (625 calories burned)
6/6 DD - 199.2 - 305 (HWC and Coffee day), rest day
6/7 MD - 195.8 - new low - 1500 planned, rest day

Well I'm not sure if it was the HWC or if I was just due for a drop. Either way I'm pretty happy. Felt hunger all night long though and was awake a bunch last night, not tired now though. Not sure I'll try it again anytime soon, if I do it will be on a non-work day, it was tough to do at work.

I've decided to go back to WLM, but at a higher DD percentage. With my experiments, I've found that I maintain beautifully on 5:2, and very well on TDEE - 15%, though I gain when I go over my calories. It does go back down, though, so those are both options for maintenance for me.

UD 1759/DD 616 at 35%

06/04/13 - 160.0 - DD 323 (higher than normal weight after an extravagant weekend)
06/05/13 - 157.4 - UD 1710 (plus a few uncounted nibbles of Keira's dinner)
06/06/13 - 157.2 - DD 346
06/07/13 - 156.4 - UD - TOM
