End of May - 208
June Goal - 199

I ended May exactly where I started it. I'm hoping after TOM I can have an entire month of steady losses and get to Onederland.

6/1 - 208.0 - UD (1912) TOM
6/2 - DNW - DD (742) TOM
6/3 - 210.0 - UD (2141)
6/4 - 210.5 - DD (350) Coffee/HWC only day
6/5 - 207.0 - UD (TBD) Sigh of relief. Now hoping to head only south.

The stiffness is still with me (which is a surprise) but beginning to slack off. I'm quite pleased that I don't have weight-training tomorrow as it would probably have aggravated it. I think yesterday was the nearest that I've ever come to eating all my UD calories. (Of course, MCT oil and potato starch are using up a fair allocation without me even thinking about it.)
Inching back down, even with the inflammation. Definitely eat all those UD calories! It could make all the difference in the world.

A see a whoosh coming for you (didn't know I was psychic, didja?) Maintaining after an UD, and one where you ate late. Yep, you've got a whoosh in store.

You're about to get back under your top goal girl! I think I know that nutty chocolate bar.

Goal is to close in on Onederland, and get there this month or next. Continuing 35-50% DDs most of the time as long as it seems to be working. 1968-2225 UD/shooting for 650-750 most DDs, but up to 1000ish. May include some exercise cals if needed.

6/1 - 207.8 - DD - (1158 cals, burned 1268? according to my online tracker? 2.5 hr hike in hills. Seems high, but even if it's only half that the net calories are in the right place)
6/2 - 206.9 - UD - (1989)
6/3 - 208.7 - DD - (682 - 4.5 hrs serious yard work!)
6/4 - 207.0 - UD - (2071 - more yard work)
6/5 - 206.0 - DD

Gardening makes me stiff even if I'm not already stiff to begin with, so I know what you mean! Mine is sadly neglected so I'm doing un-fun stuff like weeding. Thank you for crossing your fingers and toes for the whoosh fairy! It was a nice surprise to go down after an up day.

I just found this out yesterday on this board too! I wonder when they changed? I've been counting them as 210, but excited that it's less. I could probably even spring for a 270 cal large ... oh my goodness the DD luxury that would be! Also ... you stayed 141 after an up day! Can't wait to see what tomorrow is. I had a middle school graduation last night as well.

Cindy (LG) - nice drop! I was expecting it

Flossyliz - super close to your "maintain under" weight even though you were attacked by a nutty chocolate bar.

Scarlett new low! whoo hoo!

deborah - stay strong, my friend. Do not go near the cinnamon rolls (unless it's to save for tomorrow). You are sooooo close to being the first to cross over into Onederland!

Dawn - nice drop! Amazing what a DD will do.

MrsAndi- looks like you're seeing some results now! This thread is a great place to see not only your own trends, but other people's, which can be reassuring when the scale makes us .

I think they have changed the size on the chili. The formula seems the same. The website has different counts now for the small and the large (now 270 instead of 310).

I miss Happy at these times - one of my favourite of her sayings was something like: "Laws of dieting. All gains are water weight. All losses are fat".
Oh, I can so relate to this. The other day I asked my daughter (as she is 4 inches taller)to put the Tartan cookies on the top shelf and way back! I can only reach there if I get a step ladder which I am too lazy to do
If only I could make Happy's quote a Mantra for myself!

Flossyliz, Chris and tskb, WTG! Drop after an UD!

Please people "lead us not into temptation"! Especially for those of us who have sweet tooth!

I guess this is a no brainer for you! Oh my learned friend and Guru!

Oh, I can so relate to this. The other day I asked my daughter (as she is 4 inches taller)to put the Tartan cookies on the top shelf and way back! I can only reach there if I get a step ladder which I am too lazy to do
If only I could make Happy's quote a Mantra for myself!

Only a tiny bounce after an UD!

I'll be happy if I go below 155!
05/31 162.4 UD 1755

06/01 161.8 DD 542 (1 hr of swimming/water treading - too hot for walking)
06/02 159.6 UD 1752
06/03 161.2 DD 557 (9.09 Miles walk in 2:26 Hrs. too hot!)
06/04 159.6 UD 1498 (1 hr of swimming/water treading)
06/05 162.2 DD
It must me all that water you were treading in it will be right back down Im sure of it!!

I can't find a kick the scale icon, but how about this ...

Oh, JD. That is NOT fair. Look at that amazing day you had.

Do you think maybe you didn't have enough (calories) with all the exercise you did?

I think you are a skinny minnie! but I know you have been working hard and want the scale to MOVE. dang it. At least it was after an up day, although that was a pretty great up day.

It's probably just a fluke. Let's see if it is gone tomorrow!

Chris, love the picture! , you could be right about calories! But I did look back at the records, the most weight I lost was when I did LC with 1300/400 and exercised at least 6 days a week! But then again it was during the 1st 3-4 months of starting the regime!
Your support is invaluable though!

WOE: JUDDD Maintenance.
Start Date: 2011
I'm continuing my maintenance break (started May 25). My goals for this month are to maintain and to introduce back some exercise such as cycling.

Previous low (May 25) 133lbs

June 1 135lbs (y'day DD)

June 2 133.8lbs (y'day MD)
June 3 134.8lbs (y'day UD)
June 4 134.8lbs (y'day DD 400kcals)
June 5 133.8lbs (y'day UD 1600kcals)
June 6 133.6lbs (y'day DD approx. 550kcals)

Still stiff but we're at a live broadcast of a ballet tonight rather than weight-training so that should be OK. MCT oil and supplementing potato starch are helping me to eat all my UD calories.

Best wishes to all those who today and my respect to those who don't see what they want nor what they should theoretically expect but persevere/come up with a sensible strategy.

Some amazing things happening after UDs this week. WTG JB's!

Welcome to the daily weigh-in MrsAndi. It's a great tool for spotting trends - if you don't get hung up on the fluctuations.

Sherri, sorry to hear you've had such a rough few months. Back on track now though.

JD, I agree with Happy. If you gain, it's only water.

Welcome to a new decade Melinda!

Goals: to get back to 124 and maintain under 127.

June
01 - U - 128.2
02 - U - 128.4
03 - D - 130.2
04 - U - 128
05 - U - 127.8
06 - D - 129.4

Curry, wine AND potato chips!

understood that it was, somehow, DH's fault (of course).

Oh yes - quite understandable with curry and crisps/chips but it sounds worth it.

Well, consecutive days suggests that you didn't just your scales by stepping on and off quickly. I hope that you and this new decade stick together until you tire of it and move into the 160s

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
I've decided to go back to WLM, but at a higher DD percentage. With my experiments, I've found that I maintain beautifully on 5:2, and very well on TDEE - 15%, though I gain when I go over my calories. It does go back down, though, so those are both options for maintenance for me.

UD 1759/DD 616 at 35%

06/04/13 - 160.0 - DD 323 (higher than normal weight after an extravagant weekend)
06/05/13 - 157.4 - UD 1710 (plus a few uncounted nibbles of Keira's dinner)
06/06/13 - 157.2 - DD
