So, my DD yesterday turned into an UD. How do I fix this?
I've read here before to continue with my EOD plan and have today be an UD. But, I have no desire to do that - I am full, bloated, and feel gross.
I had a nice UD on Wednesday and started yesterday out strong - then I had a "tasting" I ended up going to for my mom's upcoming wedding. I ate SO MUCH. Then that resulted in a mini-binge last night (which happens when I drink - and I had so much wine with that tasting......) :sick:.
Ugggg. Can I go ahead and just do a DD today? Is there a "best course" to follow in these kinds of situations?
