Working 8am-6:30pm.
I have 4oz of celery with me if need be.

It is HOT in the city today, so I might save all my calories for a nice iced coffee with real creamer later in the day. Shooting for under 200 calories.

Waiting for a greek yogurt with half cup blueberries ( yogurt 80 cals, blueberries 43ish)

1pm- cup of coffee with powdered creamer 30 calories

8:39pm and I'm getting ready for my snack. Maybe miso soup- 20 calories and 2 deli pops with laughing cow- 55 calories.
