I didn't feel like eating, but I still have the headache,
and needed something so I could take some ibuprofen

L- I don't know yet, but I've been craving pizza salad
D- I think Andouille sausage on the grill, cole slaw (804c)
S- I don't usually have snacks- but maybe a cocktail

L- Israeli salad (175), 2 slices carb control bread (120), Trader Joes coconut milk yogurt (140), 7 slices Hard Salami (150): 580 total
D- chicken parm w/ mung bean pasta: 700 total
Dessert- ice cream? 400 calories total

OMG......I went to a buffet lunch and in one meal probably went UUA. LOL! The good news is that I didn't eat breakfast and don't even want to think about dinner. We will see how the scale reacts tomorrow.

Everything was good........let's see..........some kind of sweet biscuit/muffin, fried chicken(just a leg), fried catfish bites, rice, gravy, green beans, squash, potatoes, mac n cheese, cake, banana pudding, strawberry shortcake, pecan pie, peach cobbler......I had a good sampling of the sweets LOL

Now I know why I felt so stuffed!!!

ADD: We had training at work today, and the instructor brought donuts. I had a jelly-filled.

Finished the day with 2021 calories, 17g carbs (net)
No cocktails- maybe Friday
