DD Tuesday, what did you eat?
 
I was enjoying my first DD since getting home from my vacation. So nice to get back to 'normal' life.

B 100g blueberry yogurt, 85 cals
L 1 instant coffee
D Shiritake noodles with tofu Bolognese and 4 spears of asparagus, 130 cals

May have an espresso later.

So under 220 for a great DD.

UG, I had 3 UDs in a row, desperately need this DD!
Coffee with SF Vanilla syrup & HWC for the morning
Went to Costco & Walmart - forgot 1/2 my Walmart list (like BRM's unrefined potato starch - grrrr) oh well.
Picked up a rotiserie chicken at Costco as I'm almost out of bone broth. So lunch & dinner will be potatoes with just bit of white meat chicken. Even though I'm PDD-ing, technically, I'm trying to incorporate some good protein into each day to help my stupid hand heal. My stitches are supposed to come out on Saturday...we'll have to see...I might leave them in longer...

B: tumbler of true lemonade: 5 calories
L: broth (15 calories); coffee with sf creamer (45 calories)
3 pieces of gum (15 calories)
D: will be sf jello (40 calories); a Zevia with sf vanilla syrup and 1 tbsp half n half (25 calories), maybe a couple of stalks of celery (20 calories)

Ending the day under 200 is my goal, so far so good.

I picked up 2 rotisserie chickens at Costco on Sunday. That was dinner last night, will be dinner tonight, and I pulled all the meat off the 2nd one and froze it. The chickens there are twice the size and half the price as the rotisserie chickens at my local grocery store. I was IMPRESSED!

I've had 404 calories (goal is 408- pretty good, huh?) in the form of bread,
peanut butter, cole slaw. Had a headache when I woke up, and still have
it, so it's not from fasting. Going to sleep early tonite, I hope.

I know - aren't they great!?!?! We got one at our local store, on sale, for $2 more than the one at Costco.
The problem is that we usually don't frequent the local Costco. Its too close to the northern border (I'll leave it at that...) So I go when I'm down south for work. But today wasn't too bad, being a week day after a long holiday weekend.
Anyhow, its fantastically delicious. I might have to get them more often. :)

6am- cup of coffee with SF creamer= 30
7pm- mug of miso soup= 20

Bedtime snack will be:
4oz celery= 16
Some cucumber salad (have to make it and weigh it still)
2 Kim's Deli pops= 20
1 laughing cow light wedge=35

=119 + the cucumber salad (about 30-40 estimate)

I made the cucumber salad and weighted it out 40 calories even if I eat it all.

D - HB egg, coffee with HWC,
a pickle later if I want to chew on something.

After 4 UUADs I def needed a DD but not doing low DDs until June.

B- x
L- half cup of tuna salad
D- spinach, mushroom, turkey bacon bits and queso cheese stir fry
S- diet root beer float w FF cool whip

About 500 calories

this is my first real DD in a week! ugh. What a week. I was actually relieved to have a DD today.
I had only coffee all day then for dinner:
spaghetti squash with homemade tomato sauce (made with very little oil), added a couple of sliced olives, thin strips red pepper and a sprinkle of grated parmesan. About 150 calories. Yay!
