UD Tuesday - food plan?
Well, I was off W/Th/F last week and today is back to work! :lol: The kids are home and sleeping. Summer has begun!
B - 2 eggs, waffle 280c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - ribs and salad 435c
D - taco stuff
I have 1000c for dinner and beyond! I am going to stay away from wine/alcohol for a couple of weeks. I did my fair share of wine drinking in the evenings while off! :o :D
B: Coffee w/ creamer, HB Egg
S: Oatmeal, NPB, Coffee
D: Turkey Meatballs, Green Beans, Beer
S: Coffee w/ creamer, Ice Cream
Still only 1486 calories, but I'm ready for some moderation after the holiday weekend.
B- 3 pancakes with WF syrup, fat bomb, coffee with HWC
L- hamburger, 1/4 C almonds, cinnamon grammy crisps
D- salmon with tartar sauce, broccoli with butter, chocolate almond milk
Repeat of Sunday's Memorial Day feast leftovers, except w/o the out of control peanut butter rampage in the evening - I promise!
L: 2 hotdogs on buns
D: Steak, potato salad, wine
Total around 2000
B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee
L: Banh Mi with sriracha
D: Rotisserie chicken, artichoke with mayo
Wine or 7&7 likely.
I was so hungry today. I usually drink more water than I did today so I'm thinking that might have been the issue.
B: Homemade egg & cheese on a roll
L: Hummus & crackers, chobani yogurt, red seedless grapes
D: Remainder of my penne a la vodka from Sunday & two chocolate chip cookies.
Made a coconut rice/curry chicken for dinner...disappointing, really. I think a lot of food is going to get eaten by the animals. Thank goodness I have something to eat for dessert!
