losing on a 3 day hack, but gaining on a 5?

I wonder why that would be? Altho I was eating a "normal" breakfast and potatoes for the rest of the day. I lost 2 on the 3 day and gained I think 3 on the 5 day...hmm...gonna try a 3 day hack starting tomorrow, cuz' well this break I have had has not been very good to me I feel wonderful, and have been toning up nicely, I have some pounds to shed Gotta love this! I will do cofee with ff creamer in the am...then onto potatoes only for the rest of the day Yay for me!
