It's a holiday in the U.S., but our college is not closed and I am working...If you're at home, I hope you're having a great Memorial Day!

B-coffee- 1/2 cup (rushed and had no time to make a 2nd cup, or finish 1st!) - 50

L- garden salad, lemon garlic dressing, soup - 270

D-Ribeye , baked potato

Aiming for 650-700 calories

I had way more for yesterday's UD than I planned - it was all just so good, and wine reduced my control in the evening. So today, I'm going to see if I can make it a lower DD to compensate. I'm not feeling at all hungry yet, so I have high hopes!

Ah yea, I don't know what I will do for today. Yesterday's family BBQ got postponed until today. Yikes! Not good for my usual fast! I will allow a higher DD if needed and once again, track calories closely! Have a great day buddds!

I'm working from home today-- most of my company is based in the US, so it's very quiet here when you guys are on holiday

B: vitamins and iced tea
L: arugula/red pepper/goat cheese salad, about 100, then I had a lower cal italian sausage, 170

D: so, I've already eaten more for lunch than I planned (end of PMS, I'm *hungry*) and so I'm figuring broccoli and iced almond milk, and maybe a turkey pepperette? not sure yet.

I'm joining you on your DD here in Maryland. Had our big pool party yesterday at my parent's house and I ate waaaaay too many Doritoes dipped in french onion dip! LOL

We're going back over to the pool today but I'll just be taking my 5 hard boiled eggs with me...oh and 1 Quest protein bar that I split up into thirds and eat throughout the day as my "dessert" after my eggs

I skipped the soup and am at 260 calories. I'm really looking forward to a small piece of steak for supper. I'm loving the higher DDs and hope they continue to work for me.

So glad the higher DDs are going well for you Cindy.

I wound up skipping the coffee/hwc so far and am at 0 calories. Very unusual for me, and I'm not at all hungry yet. I'm hoping to just have my eggs and chicken for dinner and maybe add some cucumber and tomatoes. Then back to the higher DDs for me Wednesday.

Today was my easiest DD yet, as I have been BUSY with a service project and a parade. So far, I've had only black coffee.

I have been doing potato only DDs and have decided to break from that today. I will be making the extra-lean hamburger mixed with stuffing, egg whites and water from the recipe thread. It is cooking now and smells great!

They are supposed to be around 100 cals each but I am going to run them through the counter I use to be sure...will allow myself to have up to four (depending on how good they are).

Whoops! I was doing fine until the desserts came out! LOL! Think it'll end up a lower UD for me after all and a DD tomorrow. That's a 1st for me, but hey, I guess I will see how bad 2 UDs in a row is for me on the scale!

Haha! Did you see the picture of me on the pontoon today at my folks' house? I sure looked like I was in Star Wars!

Yes, though, I really need to worry about making sure I figure out how to keep what I have lost OFF this time, so maybe this 2nd UD is ok... I suck at maintenance!

I ate nothing all day... Until Mom came over to grill dinner... All my DD calories and more...
2 over the allowed calories days in a row... But not super over the top today like yesterday. Back to work tomorrow, where it should be easier to stick to the plan.

It's hard when everyone keeps saying "you deserve to splurge! It's a holiday!" except I splurged yesterday! I try not to get too defensive about it. Just went with the flow today, and did NOT stuff myself this time.

with coconut oil

Went over 600, which is fine for me, but I'm delighted with the low sodium, which was only 450. Experiment - Interested to see what that does to the scale number.

Tomorrow I have plans for a "traditional" breakfast, so the veggie-heavy day today was a good idea.

Cindy- tell me about higher dds?

I had too much food at lunch, but for dinner I had broccoli (100) and a big yogurt (150-200).

So, maybe 800 for the day. This should be the end of pms, and I have to remember:
1) take both my pteroblue
2) get my green tea in, early. It helps me.

Ok, here's to a sensible UD tomorrow!

I've been eating higher cals on DD's, following Chris and LCG's experiment. They were taking a break, but found that they were losing even better! So far, I am going down nicely, but still not quite back to my low...after that, we'll see if I can go below it with continued higher DDs. I had 800 calories yesterday (and a little more than that), but still went down another 2 lbs this morning. I was sure I wouldn't.

Monday was my first DD in quite a while. Lets see 1 cup of diet coca 20 calories
and 4 chocolate covered almonds yes 4 almonds not 4 bags of them.
