Anyone dare to have a DD Saturday? LOL Those are my hardest but I'm going to a bbq tomorrow so I'm hoping to have a 500 calorie DD today so my weekend doesn't pack on the pounds!
B-3 slices turkey bacon and coffee
L-hope to snack on some veggies
D-Salad ?

2 cups of coffee (out of lower cal creamer, so highish) 130

Planning on a 650-700 cal day. :)

I think you're gonna love the higher DD thing, Cindy.

B: Coffee/HWC
L: 3 HB eggs
D: 4 oz roasted chicken, sliced tomato
D: SF frozen fruit pop

In the 700ish range I think.

Hi All,
I, too have an S Downday. Since this WOE has really taken away my appetite (at least this week), I will probably do all liquid today - LC whey protein shake with spinach mixed in and some cream in my coffee :)
My # is 362....pretty darn low!

Yep, I am here! Just coffee, water and diet soda for the afternoon. If DH wants the family to go out tonight, I will have either a side salad with a drink or two, or a low cal item, depending on where we go. If we don't go, it will be a normal DD!

I didn't eat the stuff I had reserved for Thursday,
so if I need to eat, I have a few low calorie options

D- HB egg, tuna, mayo, mustard and relish and celery sticks with PB2

I got into the Sugar Free bread and butter pickle chips...maybe 20 calories...totally worth it!!! Having some tea or coffee too and hopefully nothing else until dinner.

ETA: Hmmm, the pickle jar says 0 calories per serving but I swear i saw somewhere they are 5 calories per serving...to count or not to count!

Yup, DD for me too, nothing all day then an omlette with cream cheese plus brocolli and cauliflower for dinner. 502 cals

Are you still losing also, LCG (with higher DDs)? I know Chris said she was losing even better!

Oh yes! I lost I think 4 pounds this last week, although I had quite a bounce this morning, but I think it's water weight. I feel lighter and smaller, and I can't believe it's all from higher DDs in the 600-700 calorie range. If you don't count today's bounce, I've lost 7 or 8 since starting this 2 weeks ago today. Can't complain!

Well, we did indeed go out tonight. Soooo, higher than normal DD for me, for sure! (felt like a splurge!) 2 rum & diets + house salad & 1/2 house dressing later, I'm at 426 for the day!

Ended up being a high day for me... Family wanted to eat out - at a Chinese buffet. So I'm over 800 for today. The only other thing I'd've had all day was coffee and some carrots. Just going to suck it up and move on...

That's very encouraging! I am going down but not yet back to my lowest, after my break(s). Very close, but I think it will take 2-3 more rotations. No different from 300 cal DDs I was doing before, except I can live with these numbers easier. It's not so much the low, low cals on DDs as it is over-eating to compensate on UDs, unconsciously.
