DD WEDNESDAY - Plans, menu etc.
 
Half-way through the conventional working week. :) Garden tonight as I didn't manage much yesterday because I scalded myself and I'm blistered on my left hand.

B: cauliflower bake (120kcals) with a tuna and crab muffin (110kcals) and a baked mushroom (50kcals). Total=280kcals

I have 37 excess kcals and might have a glucomannan pudding later.

Yay, it's Wednesday!! Just have to get through today and tomorrow at work, and then I'll be on vacation for ten glorious days! :jumpjoy: I am so very looking forward to some time away from home to visit one of my favorite places in my state.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand:

B: Apple, light cheese, light yogurt (220)
L: Apple, light cheese, two pickle halves (180)
D: Nothing

I'm just doing dinner and it will be as follows:

1 egg = 70
4 sl turkey bacon = 100
1 pkt instant oatmeal = 160
toast w/ 1 tbsp jam and greek yogurt crm cheese spread = 155

Total = 485

I had my first "bounce" today after an UD, so I need to get my calories back down for my DDs. :annoyed:

I think, for now, I'm going to stick to what worked last week:

2 pickles (10)
broth (10)

2 Hebrew nationals (90)
2 slices 45 cal bread (90)
bit of mustard (5)

= 205

I miss my coffee too much to not have it, so I'm going to find a way to work in the calories and still have it the way I like it.

B: just some water with True Lemon
L: broth (15 calories)
Afternoon snack: coffee with sf creamer: 60 calories
D: gluc powder- used a recipe this time and tweaked it to add some sf chocolate pudding mix, chocolate flavored p2b and a bit of almond milk: 80 calories
late evening snack: sf jello with ff whip cream: 40 calories

Total planned for the day: 210

Total recovery day after yesterday's UUAD cookout. (still bloated from the hamburger and hotdog bun it but it was mighty tasty:yummy:)

B- BP coffee, coffee with HWC (145)
L- extra ptero and ice water
D- HB egg, 1/4 C tuna, 1/2 tbsp mayo, mustard and relish = egg/tuna salad

No real plan today, went out last night with some friends that I hadn't seen in a while and ended up having 2 beers and I felt really puffy this morning... was thinking of making a stir fry, but I might stick to liquids instead to "deflate" myself.

7am- cup of coffee with creamer= 30
12pm- half cup broth= 8 calories
9pm- Bedtime snack- might be celery- a few ounces and maybe half a 100 calorie yogurt :dunno: Maybe a wasa light cracker with laughing cow wedge... Not hungry so can't make up my mind. I'm sure I'll be ready in 2 hours when 9pm rolls around. :o

Have to add another 300 for half a pbj and 1/2 cup almond milk.

Sooooo 785 for me today.:p But on a positive note I ate all my food in a 4 hr time frame so I've fasted for 20 hrs. We shall see what happens.

Made it through the entire day somehow without eating anything, even broth. I just wasn't hungry. Came home and ate the gluc pudding and jello with whip cream. Going to make a nice cup of decaf coffee with some creamer to round out the day around 180 calories.

I had 5 ounce of celery = 20
2 Kim's deli pops = 20
Laugh cow wedge = 35
.5 ounce turkeypepperoni= 35
2 pickles = 10
I weight watchers fudgicles 40 cal.

Day came in at 198 if I did my math correctly.
