I'm back from my conference last week and our Victoria Day long weekend here (yesterday) and I'm also back on track.
I did my best (well, a close approximation to my best) while I was at the conference, and I plan for today to be an exempliary DD :)
B: nothing. I'm looking at a liter of my favorite green tea, mango diablo, and my vitamins, incl 1 ptero blue (and I'll have the other one in the afternoon).
L: probably nothing
D: cauliflower that I need to use up, and maybe chicken?
B: coffee w/ half & half
L: cabbage w/ WF dressing (coleslaw) and an Ideal Protein chocolate drink
D: egg white omelete w/ mushrooms & turkey sausage

It's unusual for me to eat much for breakfast, but I boiled 15 eggs this morning, and they looked so good all warm. I'll have to see if that affects my hunger this DD.
I feel very bloated from eating an abundance of fruit yesterday on my Up Day, so right now my plan is nothing. Maybe some salmon when food starts being appealing again. Right now, the thought of putting more into my system does NOT appeal.
I'm really struggling with crazy peri-menopausal TOM. I've eaten 760 cals so far today, so will shoot for 1,000 for the whole day and give myself a break. Caaaaaaalm....
I am new and this is my second DD. So far so good. My goal is 400.
B- coffee with cream Starbucks's ouch 100
L- 2-FF hotdogs 90 with salad 110
snack - string cheese 50
D- plan is to repeat lunch 110
snack after dinner - not sure yet maybe half a 100 cal yogurt.

Al-- I'm with you on being easier on myself... I was shooting for 450, but now I think I'll follow Monica's lead and say "ok" to a slightly higher number, at least for a little while till my SIRT builds up again.
I'm shooting for *around* 500, and my other main goal is to actually track everything.
So far today, I had a V8 (and I stretched it by adding water)-- 70 cal
Dinner is planned, chicken and coleslaw (I"ll figure out a way to get a LOT for as few cals as possible).
I might even be able to squeeze in a frozen almond milk treat :)
Might go over 500, like 525 or so.
