UD Tuesday: Menu, Plans
More planting and tidying in the garden tonight as we're going to be away for part of the weekend, visiting chums who are celebrating their wedding anniversary.
B: crab and tuna muffin (120kcals) with a slice of breakfast bake (cauliflower and eggs with Manchego cheese: 140kcals) and mushrooms (30kcals). Total=290kcals
L: carrot soup (160kcals) with SF gelatine and glucomannan pudding (30kcals). Total=190kcals
D: grilled salmon (260kcals) with charred aubergine, semi-dried tomatoes, baked celery (vegetables are approx. 180kcals). Total=440kcals
Running total, if nothing, intervenes is 920kcals. I have enough calories in reserve to allow a good cheeseboard after dinner if we fancy it. :yummy:
B - coffee with HWC, bacon and eggs
L - baked potato with cottage cheese and salsa, yogurt
D - Swiss chard, potatoes and some kind of meat

L- Israeli Salad (150 calories) 2 slices carb control toast (120 calories) greek yogurt (150 calories)
D- pizza! Good, New York slices with lots of cheese. 2 slices (1200 calories)
Leaves me with about 150 to play with, so probably blueberries with some whip cream for dessert.
I'm not really sure - DH is bbqing tonight, so I am saving my calories.
I ate some nuts (TJ's "just a handful" - 240 calories)
and I have some yogurt (Greek - 110 calories)
So, that leaves me about 1000 for dinner, which is MORE than enough.
I am LOVING JUDDD - it suites me perfectly.
I burned my hand (microwave method for lime curd - you have to move the lid on the bowl every minute to stir it, and I did x3 batches, so, of course, 1 of the 30 times, I forgot to wear the heat glove and the steam scalded me).
DH didn't fancy grilling the salmon and I'm nursing my blisters so we just had the cheeseboard for dinner with some HM seed crackers and HM pickles and dried vegetables.
