Absolutely this!!!!!! Journaling is great for keeping details and things that are helpful in your jouney, but You will get more feedback here. If you stop posting what you are feeling, wishing, happy and sad about, I am going to be mad!!! :P

I guess you both are right. If I couldn't share with you guys, who would I talk to about it? My bf can't understand because he's never struggled with weight, although he is supportive. I can't recruit my co-workers for a pow-wow, LOL! Thank God for LCF!!! Thank God for JB's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We love you sweetie! Please don't ever feel you can't share what you are going through or fearful of! How else can we help if we don't know?

I know, Melinda (my dear Flutter). I know that everyone struggles, and that a lot of you have many more worries than I do, yet you carry on without complaining. I feel like I must be using up all the compassion available, lol. Thank you again for talking me off of the ledge.

I like having a journal on here, so if you're into that I think you should start one but for sure keep posting here as well. Something I just have something I want to say but I'm not sure where. So I put it there. But this is definitely the place to come for emotional support.
BIG HUGS TO YOU!!!

You have ALOT on your plate. Be kind and gentle with yourself....and read your own amazing tag lines that I personally re-read to motivate myself on a regular basis.

Hugs and love to you, dear JUDDD BUDDD.

Knock it off gf!!! Noone's struggles are more important than another's and yours are very important!!!!!!!! Stuffing it in can be part of why we all get in this predicament to start with. You are not sucking up all the compassion. LOL! (you hoover you!) There is plenty around these parts for everyone! (gosh I love this place)

XOXO

This is a normal set of emotions and you should not share them privately in a journal but with us. People need to understand how hard this all is and carry each other through it.

Hey Cindy. Just wanted to pop in to encourage. I think the break thing as several have mentioned might be a good idea. I don't think I'd completely forget about watching it all together (which is what I've had a tendency to do in the past), but just try to maintain for a while to get regrouped on your diet plan. I was really struggling with straight Juddding, and switched to 4:3 and 5:2 and I really like it. I also try to eat within a window as seabreezes mentioned and that really helped me. Anyway, just play around with it, take a breather, and find out what works for you! and good thoughts for you today!

On Friday our air conditioning stopped working and it was 98 degrees outside.
This right here? Would have been enough to send me right over the edge. Not just in terms of eating either!

You are going through a lot, and you should absolutely keep sharing it with all of us. This forum is so incredibly supportive and loving, and there's no limit on that! Whatever you need to do to get through the rocky times you should, and I am sure you will find your way to the right way of eating for you. In the meanwhile, keep talking to us!

Sorry, I've been MIA the last few days. You've been given good advice, so I won't reiterate any of it, except to say, do what YOU need to do. I took a few maintenance breaks, and am now mixing things up too. As long as you don't lose sight of the prize at the end of the journey, there's no rule book that says you have to get there one particular way.

Thanks Lovely JB's. Such sage advice and compassion. I am overwhelmed by the supportiveness of this board. I hope you all know how important you are. I could never, ever do this without you.
