I bought a jar of it at the grocery store today...what can I do with it? I know it is good for me, just wondering how to use it?

Generally, it's used as a condiment. Add to a stir fry or to some fried eggs, or chicken breast. You are right, it is very good for you! Lots of vitamin C.

I eat it by itself, but it might be good on a burger or a sandwich.
