LOL, Adi! I have yet to forget it's a UD, after six months. I may never.

B-coffee w/lite cream
3 eggs with shredded cheese and cooked in butter
toast w/butter

Rest of day ????

Oh, and there is such a thing as light cream. It's 30 cals, as opposed to 50 (HWC) and it's creamy, unlike H&H or Coffee Mate.

Adi,

Your garden sounds delightful. Swiss chard is my favorite veg! Unfortunately, here in our California apt, we can only grow patio tomatoes and herbs.

Enjoy the fruits of your labor!

Thank you. I picked and weighed a pound of it yesterday raw to see how much I could eat for 118 calories. YIKES!! Way more than I could ever eat at one meal. I could have a pound of chard on DD's easily.

Made it through my first DD back yesterday with no real problems. Was probably a little over my 500. As I go on, I'll try and restrict my dd cals as much as possible.

So today an UD I'm planning on...

B - 2 scrambled eggs with spinach, mushrooms and cheese
2 slices of bacon
My morning mocha with SF choc syrup
morning muffin with flax meal and almond flour, sf jam and butter

L - Garden salad with shrimp and ff dressing

D - Garden salad, broccoli, bbq chicken

Maybe some nuts and LC ice cream to make it to 1900 cal.
