DD Friday: Menu and plans

Currently in a post-migraine phase so I'm not eating all of my calories this morning as I don't feel up to it.

B: coffee glucomannan pudding (25kcals)
L: mug of broth (20kcals)
D: unsure

Depending how I feel, it might be a little white fish with some semi-dried tomatoes or Shiritaki noodles with vegetables in a lemon-grass broth.

Driving a couple hours north and back today to pick some friends up from a beer festival. I'm charged with getting them home safely. Working first, so no real time to eat today. Good thing, since yesterday turned into an UUAD.

Not entirely sure - but already feeling a little lightheaded, so I'll probably start off with some broth and see how that makes me feel.

Maybe:

Broth (10-20 calories)
pickles (10)
Hebrew nationals (90 for 2)
45 calorie bread (90 for 2)

= 210

We'll see, I already feel like hell and the day just started.

Thanks guys! It has finally turned around. Had issues with my car not being ready after it had spent a month at the auto body shop. it's finally ready and I'm heading home early to sleep. :-)
