Start Date: Original start date 3/03 - Atkins
I didn't think through my DDs vs UDs this week. How do I manipulate?
We are supposed to have a Mother's Day "redo" this weekend because ours was horrible (long story), so we will go out to dinner and to a movie on Sunday. Popcorn is my nemesis, even under good circumstances, but Sunday is supposed to be a DD. Help!
This is what the next few days are supposed to look like:
Thurs - UD
Friday - DD
Saturday - UD
Sunday - DD
I'd like Sunday to be an UD -but I absolutely do not want to mess up my progress. Ugggg.
Can I do a MD even though I'm so early into the protocol? So:
Thursday - UD
Friday - MD
Saturday - DD
Sunday - UD

Usually the way you add in a MD is like this T UD, F DD, S MD, Sun UD (small, medium, large). HTH!!

Or you can just do 2 UD in a row. Just get back to reg rotation and it should not only be fine, but you may see a shake up loss...
