Is your shakes something you make yourself, or a product you buy? An espresso shake sounds great?

d: grilled chicken honey mustard snack wrap and side salad with half southwest dressing from McD's (320)

I have been getting hungry later in the evening, so I am planning the extra side salad to keep from snacking on the wrong things.

I haven't posted for awhile, but I'm still here! Bee n busy as a with stuff. which is good because its kept me off my behind! lol

I haven't lost but I havent gained either. I'm ready to jump back in and start regular rotations. I've still been fasting but not EOD.

Last night we went out for chinese food. It sat in my tummy like a rock all night. My poor body is not used to eating like that!
It was good, but not THAT good.

So, today is my first DD back on rotation. Here is the plan:

B - my homemade mocha with cream and SF choc syrup, cc oil

L - 6 oz bone broth

D - 2 scrambled eggs, 1 bacon

lots of lemon water and plain water all day.

I should have no problem sticking with it since I'm not at all hungry after the pig out yesterday

It's Click brand powder. Comes in Mocha, Vanilla Latte, and Decaf Mocha. I have all three and them. Sometimes I add SF Raspberry syrup. I'm thinking about picking up some SF Mint for them as well. I have one on UDs pretty regularly too.
