(this isn't exactly in meal times, I just wrote out what I'm going to eat today and eat when hungry)
Chocolate OMM with 2 tbsp Nutella
coffee with HWC and CO
2 Slices bacon
fat bomb
Cheeseburger
veggies
1/4 C almonds
1/2 C blueberries

Carb-up day for me today and 4 hr eating window

B: 8 oz salmon, 3 soft boiled eggs
L/D: 2 almond muffins, 5 carob chocolates, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, fat free greek yogurt

~1950 cal/85 gr carbs

I have a headache, but will try to make it to the gym tonight. If so, there will be either a protein bar or shake after.

Had more chocolate. This will bring total count to around ~2400
