An intro guide to JUDDD?
 
Hi guys, is there an online guide out there to this system? I understand about the alternate-day calorie restriction, but I don't know what types of food should be eaten (i.e. carb/protein ratio, that sort of stuff).

Living in Central America no way I can get the book delivered in less than 10 days!

there are no restrictions on the variety of foods or the ratios.

Dawn (KeirasMom) has had remarkable success by eating food from various food chains.

I think Nancy (gotsomeold) has a signature line that says something like JUDDD doesn't care where your calories come from: your body probably does.

People have successfully mixed and matched JUDDD with other WOEs such as Primal, South Beach etc.

JUDDD is very flexible and can be adapted to suit many preferences. I hope you find something that suits you within JUDDD.

Yup, no need to worry about what you eat unless you have a particular way of eating you prefer. I eat anything and everything, as long as it fits in my calories.
