Start Date: Low calorie 6/12 ; Low carb 9/12/ ; JUDDD 11/13/12
Wellllll, all that was after 150 cals of yogurt/grapenuts, and 160 calories of coffee/cream. Now I'm eating chicken, blackeye peas and rice, macaroni and cheese and collard greens. Oh and a Smart Ones (220 cals) for lunch. I did throw in a diet food after all!!!
