L: Ideal Protein Rotini w/ cabbage & green peppers. Salad w/ WF dressing
D: Ideal Protein Omelette w/ mushrooms
Broth/Tea/Coffee as needed.

Should be about 400 calories today. This is my 2nd DD, 1st one at the office. Hopefully I can keep my mind focused on my work and not think about eating.

Might add a pork chop for dinner. Not technically potato hacking but I'm with fever this morning so I think I might need more nutrients. Annoying...

How did it go? I found my first DD at work a nightmare but have settled into the swing of things now x
