I have been doing a 4:3 for two weeks and then this week due to traveling have only done one fast day. So far I have lost 6 pounds which is very good for me. I am only eating low carb on fast days and feast days. After a fast day I am finding is so much easier not to overeat so I really like this plan.

Today will probably end up as a MD. Had a good DD Monday, and a so so one on Wednesday. Yesterday was definitely an UD. I woke up starved, so I have 300+ cals in me already. (8:30AM) I blew off boot camp this morning as my arms and shoulders are so sore I can hardly lift them to wash my hair. My body was screaming for a day off and I listened.

I'll be spending the weekend on the golf course. Lots of walking and fresh air.

Well, I started 5:2 on Monday as a down day and then ate "normal" (Paleo) on Tues and Wed and had another down day yesterday so I got on the scale today and was down 1.4 lbs from where I ended P2 (180.6). Now I'm not sure how accurate that is since I only had 4 days under my belt and two of them were down days but it still felt good to see a smaller #! I'm guessing it'll be more accurate to weigh myself after my second down day next week (probably Thursday) to see where I am. It feels very scary to think of having up days for the next 3 days! I'm guessing I'll be welcoming my DD on Monday

Oh and I did eat 3 homemade mozzarella sticks from a local Italian restaurant and 3 cookies from Whole Food's cookie cart on my up days so I'll be very excited if I can have little treats like that and still lose ANY amount of weight!!!
