B: Coffee w/ half & half. Greek yogurt w/ frozen peaches & strawberries, double fiber English muffin w/ 1 T almond butter
L: Chicken breast w/ sauteed cabbage & mushrooms. Salad w/ buffalo ranch dressing
D: thinking it will be some leftover sirloin, sweet potato and a salad w/ WF dressing
S: cheddar cheese, low sodium almonds

L: green smoothie (kale, spinach, coconut oil, wheat grass, mango, strawberry) (~350)

D: ?? not sure but thinking spinach/feta salmon burger, asparagus with butter, wine. Add in a little chocolate for dessert and I will easily get up to goal.

Adi - It's a godsend, I know I'm not allowed to put the name of it on here but it really is good. I have it on my phone & pc & try plan my days in advance so I don't accidentally over eat. I am still not losing weight though, well I am... I just keep putting it all back on again :(
