JUDDD... doing 4:3, Help with Calories please...

For standard rotations my calorie goals are 1958/392 (See below) Because I have a pretty busy social life on a Friday Saturday I decided instead of sticking to standard rotations I'd have Sunday, Tuesday & Thursday as DD's & Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturdays as UD's but I am wondering what my calorie goals should be in that case.
I've been sticking to 1940/500 for the past few weeks.

Any ideas would be appreciated xx

I don't quite understand what you want to do. Those numbers would do you for a 4:3 unless you want to amend them to end up with the same number of calories over 4 weeks that you would if you were doing EOD?

In 28 days, you would normally have 14 DDs and 14 UDs. 4:3 means you have 12s DD and 16 UDs. I don't know if it's worth the disruption to you to reduce both your DD and UD calorie allowances or just to settle for a potentially slower, but more sustainable, loss (sustainable because it suits your social life and you're more likely to keep to it, IYSWIM)?

ETA: You have an allowance of 32,900kcals over 28 days. You could do
  • DDs 300kcals UDs 1831kcals
  • DDs 320kcals UDs 1816kcals
  • DDs 340kcals UDs 1800kcals
  • DDs 350kcals UDs 1794kcals
if you wanted to keep it to that.

I never thought of it like that, I'm happier for any loss to be slower I just want to be able to keep at it without having slip ups which is why I decided to amend it.

You'd have to consume 155 calories on your DDs, if my math is correct, if u wanted to keep with the calculators numbers for the month. You could always add a couple DDs to the month on your non social days. I do double down days some and have no issues with it. I think everything I have ever read on fasting suggests your body's metabo doesn't start slowing down until after 72 hours. As long as u've got an UD after a double DD you should be fine. I'm Leary of eating less on UDs. I tend to over feed a little on UDs and have good results but I also don't eat on DDs. You could try that to if u didn't want to add DDs to the less important days.

Ignore if this isn't what u were asking advice on. Lol

If your not familiar with "basal metabolic rate" and "total daily energy expenditure(TDEE) I would strongly recommend reading a little about them on the Internet. It's a great help to understanding how things work and helps you make adjustments.

I'm not good at number crunching but you could just carry on doing what you're doing - as long as you don't exceed your UD allowance.

On the other hand, why not lower your DD cals to 400? That would help to compensate for the DD deficit.
