Breakfast/Lunch: Boiled potatoes in beef broth, fresh parsley

Dinner: Cilantro Lime Shrimp, Jicama and Cuke slices, Lime gelatin.

Today was supposed to be a DD, but my daughter surprised me with breakfast (out) for mother's day. So I'm just making it my first MD. Works out, because ow I'll just change up my days, and will be able to partake in the company cookout at lunchtime on Tuesday.

So... Coffee & an omelette for breakfast... And a few bites of leftover pizza for dinner. Puts me at around 1200 calories for the day.
