I wasn't sure where to post either! :)

B: Coffee
S: before I get outside I may do a 100 calorie protein shake.
L: celery and pickles! and chia seeds I think. (less than 100 cal)

S: I am going to be very active today out in the woods and on the lake kayaking so I am going to bring an "emergency" Clif bar with me in case I crash. they usually run around 250 calories for the whole thing.. if I need it I would hopefully only eat half.

D: depends on if I ate that Clif bar! if not then will do spaghetti squash with either tomato sauce or a sauce made with chicken broth, a wedge of laughing cow cheese and more veggies.

Moving my post --

Business event tonight so planning on some limited cocktail type nibbles in the evening. Sadly, no wine. During the day today I will have a few HB egg whites and some cherry tomatoes.

green smoothie with kale/hemp seeds/small banana/greek yogurt
superfood salad for lunch
dinner might be a miss, or just some egg drop soup in homemade veg stock

Hi ladies and gents, have a fabulous weekend.

Here's my DD menu:

B. Potatoes boiled in beef bouillon cubes, coffee & creamer [150 cal]
L. ditto [100 cal]
D. Asian stir fry (chicken, asparagus, red bell pepper, leeks) [200]

Dessert: Diet jello with 2 T FF cottage cheese [less than 50 cal]

B: two cups iced coffee with sf creamer (150 calories)
L: broth (15 calories)
S: sf jello (10 calories)

Aiming for 300 today so I can have another cup of coffee in the afternoon or a diet hot cocoa with ff whip cream tonight as a treat.

First full day home from Vegas, and I'm sticking to low carb shakes today... I need the liquid.
