UD Friday... What are you eating?

Had a good week down 2.4lbs

B: Coco Pops with Semi Skimmed Milk
L: Tuna Mayonnaise sandwich on wholemeal bread & Salt & Vinegar crisps
D: Pepperoni Pizza with Garlic bread

About 1800c

UP Day is:
1 egg, 3 egg whites, 2 cheese, 4 bacon (450 cals)

after that I have about 1500 more to spend thru the entire day, Just not sure what else I will be eating but I sure will stick to calories today!

L: Salad, either at home or Panera
D: Chinese food, been a while since I've had some, Orange Chicken, white rice, crab rangoon and maybe an egg roll

FINALLY FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

B - 2 eggs, cheese, waffle 315c
S - cottage cheese/strawberries 120c
L - Tex Mex Casserole 300c -- or a salad I can't decide
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - pizza with the girl. DH and DS14 are gone for the night! I have 1000c for it!

Happy Friday! Holding of eating til prob 10:20 or 11:00. Back into the 140's today! Finally!!!! Havn't been there since before my b'day which was april 19. Here's what my day hopefully will include.

B:scrm egg, turkey bacon, toast w/jam = 280

L:Not sure
D: Maybe grilled chicken, green beans, baked potato w/ ff greek yogurt, and a roll = 400

Happy Friday All! So glad that today is an UD and I cannot wait to leave work and head to Maryland this weekend. I worked out this morning and then I was starving so I had a big breakfast, but I figure since I'll be in the car for four hours tonight it'll work out.

B: Egg & cheese on a plain bagel, split a chocolate donut with co-worker
L: Pineapple chobani yogurt, half a can of tuna, seedless grapes
D: No idea, but I have 800 calories of wiggle room.

Thanks Monica. It took a whilst but finally got it back down.

My UD changed. Started eating at 3:30 and stopped at 7:30. I had chicken and shrimp stir fry and about 1 cup fried rice with salad and onion soup. 1/2 of hot fudge cake. Should be right at 16 to 1700. I know desert was prob 500 to 550. So that left around 1200 for dinner. I wouldn't think what I ate was over that. Plus I don't think I ate a whole cup of the rice. Think I'm OK.
