That is not my definition of fun!
^ ITA!! Fun size=whole bag for me

Nutella. I will sit and eat the whole container. It's like I'm in a trance or something. I bought some earlier this week because I hadn't DARED buy any for a long time because of this issue. I decided to see if I could control myself with it like I did in the beginning (2 tbsp on a chocolate OMM). NOPE, still have those "eat the whole container like a maniac" issue. Even when I made my own LC version of it, still inhaled the whole container. So I can still have a chocolate spread on my OMM (when I make them, which isn't very often) I bought the powdered PB2. Ha! I can't sit and eat the whole thing since you only make it one serving at a time! The WF chocolate peanut butter spread is good too.

I tried these ranch flavored sunflower kernels that I found at Aldi's. Too tasty. Ate the whole bag. Too much like ranch flavored potato chips, which were my weakness in the before times.

I don't know for sure, because I've never dared risk it!

I think of a trigger that leads to craving as sugar items and breads. If I stay away from them for breakfast and lunch, and only indulge at dinner, I can usually stop with a somewhat sensible serving.

One food I don't let in my house is rice krispie treats. If I buy the box, I eat them all - if I make a batch they neve get out of the pan they were made in, as I eat it all with a big spoon. Family members who know I love them will send me some. I guess that's how I get my fix, since I don't buy or make them anymore!
