B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee
L: Banh Mi with Sriracha
D: Rotisserie chicken with salsa, green beans
Gym: Depends on DH's schedule, but shooting for Zumba
S: May have a protein shake after the gym
Drinks: Probably rum and Stevia

I have about 400 cals. left to use thru the day.
Planning out the up day and tracking calories really has shown me how to control this day. means alot to know what cals. are in an UP day. winging it didn't work for me LOL

Monica- let us know how that casserole turns out :yummy: I bet it will be great! I was definitely cooking at that age... I still have my first cookbook too :) It was color coded (printed on 4 different colors of paper) from yellow to green to orange to red. You needed parents help for red ;) My mother STILL talks about some tuna salad I made that blew her mind :D

I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO full right now. The guy puts my fries (in a cup) and DH's (in a big cup) in a bag, and then FILLS the rest of the bag with more fries!!! Insane!
We actually shared the "extra" fries and didn't eat our official "servings" and brought those home.

WEEEeeeeee I did a real good UP on JUDDD maybe I am finally learning the ropes!
I'm adding an apple and PB2 mixed with coconut oil to dinner (pre-workout), changing to Chardonnay for my evening libation, and everything else remains the same.
Today is day 3 with the new Resveratrol (all UDs) and the first day I'm not starving. I don't know if it's the Res, or I'm just getting back to normal. I'm not usually really hungry, but the last couple of days I've been ravenous. I'm 2 and a half weeks post TOM start, so I can't blame it on that, unless I'm ovulating. I can never keep that straight!
Just reading your post Dawn, and it reminds me, I didn't take my pteroblue and wound up eating UUA... I think I *will* take it on both up and dd's for the rest of this bottle and see if I'm more controlled.
I took it again this morning, on a DD, and was hungrier than usual. This is 4 days, 3 of them hungry, and that's not normal for me. Hmm . . . :dunno: On the plus side, I've had just mild headaches.
