Happy Cinco de Mayo! I love this holiday because I get to make (and eat/drink) homemade chicken enchiladas, guacamole and margaritas! Ole!

B - coffee with HWC, started a bowl of oat bran but didn't want it so ended up with 4 slices of bacon
L - yogurt and 4 fresh picked radishes. Boy were they hot
D - tilapia and mustard greens fresh from the garden.

Today is supposed to be an UD but I woke up with an iffy tummy so only had coffee until 11am then a Dunkin donut bagel with lite cream cheese. I will have to look up those calories. Not hungry right now either. Having meat loaf for dinner with mashed cauliflower. It might turn out to be a MD like yesterday, which was supposed to be a DD LOLOL

B: bacon on an english muffin with butter. coffee w cream and sugar ~500 cal

went for an accidental 3 hour hike (got a little bit lost...) so came home RAVENOUS.

L: leftover chili (beef, beans, lots of veggies), cheese, light sour cream, blue corn chips.
That had to be about 700 calories easily...

D: roasted veggies (broccoli, asparagus, zucchini) and some leftover duck. Not sure how many calories but I think this will bring me to my goal! somehow I need to fit in dessert

I wish I had a margarita for cinco de mayo! I didn't think ahead I guess I will live vicariously through my cousin who had 12 posts on facebook about how she was drinking (a lot) and eating at a Mexican restaurant. The good thing is she gets all the calories and I don't hahahha

Ate mine in a 6 hr window. experimenting to see if anything changes.
