Sure. this is a typical UD menu
B- 3 slices bacon, 3 eggs scrambled in bacon grease and 1 tbsp CO with cheese and maybe a chopped up sweet pepper, coffee with HWC and CO (1 tbsp of each divided into 3 cups of coffee)
L-hamburger patty with a slice of cheese, 1 tbsp mayo and mustard, 1 C broccoli with 1 tbsp butter.
D- salmon with 1 tbsp Frisch's tartar sauce (it has 1 carb per tablespoon and no sugar), a salad with cheese, a sweet pepper and topped with 1 tbsp ACV and EVOO
Snacks- (depending on calories for the day) 1/4 almonds, string cheese, olives, fat bombs.
As of 5/19/2014, No longer "overweight"!

egg and salmon frittata (1/2 lb leftover salmon mixed with 2 egg whites and 2 whole eggs, baked at 400 for 15 min)

yes! Frittatas rock! i keep chickens, so I have awesome eggs...just cook up whatever veg-wise, and add the eggs...it's a good DD thing
