UD FRIDAY!!!YEA!!! Menu??
 
UD
B - 2 eggs, coffee with HWC, 2 slices bacon
L - baked potato with salsa
D - sweet potato, maybe a pork chop

I lost .8 this morning after my second down day. WEE! I will take it :)


UP Day food

out to breakfast with hubby
cheese/bacon omlette and HASH BROWNS (something I would never eat on atkins)
(but will skip the buttermilk biscuit, gotta have some control)

lunch will be something super light like tuna, salad

dinner tonight is grilled shrimp with grilled veggies and big old slice of garlic/mozz. bread

a snack or 2 thrown in but I will not go crazy.

S: HB egg, ham slices
L: Lentil soup
S: Oatmeal, coffee
E/S: P90X, Protein shake
D: ??? Not sure yet... maybe burgers... maybe even pizza!

Probably more excited because it is FRIDAY!!!!! AND there is carrot cake in the frig at work waiting for me from yesterday. IT IS A GOOD DAY!!!:)

Yes, Friday! I'm pretty sure the sound of that word sets off all kinds of pleasure sensations through my brain, not unlike a piece of carrot cake would!

B: Coffee/HWC
L: FF Greek Yogurt and Grapenuts
D: Wine, roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy

I see there's no produce in my menu, so I'll fit in some carrots and an apple or something!

--------------------WENT OUT FOR BREAKFAST. heavy meal. I did eat 1/4 biscuit.

coming off atkins this worries me with the taters and bread.


stuffed.

no lunch

dinner will be no garlic bread. just sticking with meat and veg

snacks will be anything super light and lower carb


Cals. for breakfast had to be big. omlette and bacon was alot on the plate. ate it all :)

It's my Up Day too and I'm also excited! This is my first week doing JUDDD :D
I had an egg white omelete w/ feta & tomatoes for breakfast and it was delicious
now I'm contemplating lunch.
I'm leaning towards a burger right now
but a baked potato sounds amazing too, maybe I'll do that instead...
Or maybe a shrimp taco w/ a drizzle of chipotle baja sauce.
Ahhh... so many choices!!
