It's been a long time since I've had a down day. I am looking forward to that peaceful easy feeling. I think I have everything else figured out to get back on the JUDDD bandwagon. If the anxious ***** starts to rear her ugly head I will do what I need to do.

B-coffee with milk
L-2 eggs fried with PAM
S-tomatoes and cucumber slices
D-Brussel sprouts with olive Oil and Balsamic
- peppers, cucumbers and tomatoes with a bit of ranch dressing

Feeling snacky right now so I had more fresh cut veggies. I need to go to bed now so I will stop eating.

Nice to see you back to a DD, Hope! Hiya! :hiya:

Combination of things kept me from my evening meal, which was supposed to be plain oatmeal with stevia, 100 cals and coconut oil, 1 teaspoon.

So I only had
half an apple 60
big salad with grilled chicken 310

for 370.

One of the lowest DDs I've had in maintenance, but I just can't stand to eat right before bed, so I won't. I always feel that the DD is over, accomplished, and a bedtime meal will impact the scale unnecessarily.

Got some restaurant breakfast coupons in the mail and I'm honestly thinking about a BIG breakfast in the a.m. Will probably awaken without the need.
