D: Chicken quesadilla (tortillas, chicken, cheese, green peppers), Salsa

L: Pork salad (I make it like chicken salad with cubed up pork loin - yummers)
D: Taco salad

D: Probably rotisserie chicken and green beans (HAVE to get to the grocery store!)

2nd day
down day did well at 700. bit over but first time ever so I hung in there.

lunch today was 3 pieces fried chicken (about 500-600 cals)
little debbie choco. chip cookie cake (120)

stuffed to the max.

coming off atkins for JUDDD. still having trouble changing over on foods right now

dinner pot roast with veg and bit of mashed potatoes and gravy (have to calculate it)

and some kind of snack tonight, not sure what just yet

B: lamb burgers, 2 eggs cooked in CO, 1/2 c cottage cheese, 1 cup wild blueberries
L: beet soup, lamb shanks, sautéed kale in CO, 1/4 c cottage cheese, 1 oz feta cheese
D: beet soup

L- late at 3pm baked potato with cottage cheese and salsa
D - chicken tenders and baked sweet potato

S- 2 skinny cow mint ice cream sandwiches
D- stuffed pork chop (mushrooms, feta, rosemary, cubed smart carb sauteed cubes, onion)
mixed veggie stir fry
germinated brown rice

maybe some strawberries & NS added vanilla ice cream later?
