Time to start rotations again....so excited, I have missed JUDDD.

May 1- 150 - 1 hour walk
May 2 - 150 DD - 1 hour walk
May 3 - 150 - 30 minutes callanetics
May 4 - 150.8 - DD - 30 min walk, 1 hour biking
May 5 - 152.4 - rest day
May 6 - 152.4 - DD

No idea why I gained 1.4 after a DD and it is still with me , moving on!

I am back from my 4 day girls' trip. I counted calories the best I can, was off rotations a bit, but tried to not go crazy. Had a down day yesterday with just a mahi mahi salad with my friends before the airport/plane madness of coming home. So glad to be home!

I feel like I should be doing more than bouncing between the same 2-4 lbs from my start weight this early on... I've felt like my calorie calculation was high from the start, so maybe I should adjust and see what happens...? Still doing P90X daily with no missed workouts, but maybe even P90X isn't enough to consider heavy or even moderate exercise?

Some people really don't bounce, but still slowly lose. I think LibraryGirl is like that. Have you checked out the threads on exercise here? A lot of people do not calculate their workouts into their calories and their loss seems to be faster for it.

Hi Scarlett, exercise makes the calories more tricky, but the highest level might be too much. Some people advise using the "no calories" level even if you do exercise, but that can sometimes be too low. You could try the "light exercise" calories for a few rotations and see what happens? I'm experimenting to find the right calorie level too.

Back to the "magic" of JUDDD! My goal for May is to stick to my rotations/calories..... The weight loss will come!

05/01 DD 245.4
05/02 MD 244.2 Need Sunday to be an up day, so doing MD to change rotations
05/03 DD 243.6 Changed yesterday's MD to UD..will do DD today and MD tomorrow.
05/04 UD 242.0 Will decide as day progresses if today is UD or MD. Really need tomorrow to be UD. Having Fish Fry at church.
05/05 DD 243.4 After weigh-in this morning, decided to go with dd instead of ud. Wish me luck on not going overboard! Got my Ptero on Friday...today will be a good test for it!
05/06 UD 243.2 Started yesterday off doing really well..ended up eating a few chips and salsa and some watermelon before bed (late, late bedtime. Sat up reading). Still ended up with 2.2 loss for the week!

Thank you thinking of us, Yes bone marrow came back good but we are still going through testing to find out whats going on....I need to get my head back in the game instead of watching my weight go back up...
