DH came home from work wanting to take me out for dinner (nutroast and mountains of veggies ).
So yesterday's DD ended up at 1100 cals. Neither a MD or a UD.
Slightly annoying because I'd been hungry all day and would have turned it into a UD earlier if I'd known!!

So, despite the slight rise on the scale, I'm having a proper UD today with lots of yummy veggies, so I'll be well-nourished for a strict DD tomorrow.

5-1 UD 178.5 1680 Calories
5-2 DD 177.5 377 Calories
5-3 UD 176.5 1530 calories, little low today

5-4 DD 176.5 530 DD, all at about 7:30 last night at Red L@bst%r, I ate a whole biscuit, only intended to eat half and the bar harbor salad with shrimp, delish! I did not have the croutons, blue cheese, and my dressing was on the side, so I know I did not exactly have all the 530 I listed, but that is what the menu said, so that is what I put.

5-5 UD 175.5 official weigh day, down a pound for the week.

We bought new living room furniture yesterday, so excited, it has been 10 years sense we bought new. Our old is going to our DS1 and his Fiance, they are moving in together on June 1st. It is still in good shape, all from LazyBoy, so they are getting some good out of it too.

Slow, I had the same problem with the Ptero, I stopped it for a few days and the started it again on Tuesday and this time, no headaches. YMMV

Awwwww, I am sorry Hope. Exercise is so good for us, but it does the same thing to me, I exercise and the scale is not nice at all.

I'm doing LC JUDDD this month. Possibly following PirateJenny's MUDDD tweak to make my DD's easier. And hopefully making my bounces less severe, because I get upset easily

back, Cindy! I am sure you had a great time. Everybody who's gone there raves about it! I came back from India on Wednesday with a whopping 11 lb increase in 4 weeks! All that pampering in Assam, Magalya and Punjab! Still suffering from a terrible jet lag though! The wgt has started to come down (Thank God), hope it continues this way!
