That's a good point. When we went on a week's vacation in British Virgin Islands I came home with a 9 lb. gain!!!!

Within 2 days I dropped 6 lbs. then the remaining 3 lbs. in the next couple of days. So, probably alot of water weight, jd.

Time to start rotations again....so excited, I have missed JUDDD.

May 1- 150 - 1 hour walk
May 2 - 150 DD - 1 hour walk
May 3 - 150 -

First DD and no movement on the scale...I'm thinking that is due to all the walking.

I don't weigh the morning after UD. I have thought about it, because for some people there tends to be a drop, but I am too scared haha!

I weigh only after DD and not after each one. I try to wait about a week. Well last time I weighed Monday morning (157) and then decided why not, I'll weigh today. 156! So excited!! Only a lb but that totally works for me.

Trying not to freak about the scale this morning. My whole body is sore, sore, sore from a shakeup in my workouts and intensity in the last couple of days so I think it is muscle repair related water retention. My cals have been good.

Subbing another DD today so I can have a MD and an UD while away this weekend. Won't weigh until Monday. Happy Friday JBs!!

I am kinda worrying that I am doing something wrong

I weigh the same as last week 154.4. last week i lost 2.2 and it hasn't moved since.

I blame it on sunflower i ate on my UP, i did however rinse it with water because i hate the salty taste of them

Goal for May - Get as close to Onederland as possible. Starting out the month experimenting with three-day rotations (DD-MD-UD) with a calorie range of DD - <450/MD 1200-1350/UD 2000-2300.

4/30 - 216.x - DD (115 - 372 exercise calories burned)
5/1 - 213.7 - MD (1325 - 518 exercise calories burned)
5/2 - 213.6 - UD (2300)
5/3 - 213.3 - DD (goal 450 or less)

JD ... welcome back!! I missed you! I really think the scale is going to come down quickly.

05/02 MD 244.2 Need Sunday to be an up day, so doing MD to change rotations
05/03 DD 243.6 Changed yesterday's MD to UD..will do DD today and MD tomorrow.

alusiq it's probably water retention from the salt.
Also, weight doesn't necessarily come off steadily with JUDDD. It can go in spurts with plateaus and sometimes it even goes up for no obvious reason before suddenly whooshing down.
Don't rely too much on the number on the scales. Just keep doing the program and the magic will happen.

You know I was just trying to calculate the calories in my head and written down look even worse! And yes, it was lots of driving and 2 days of flying! So let's hope you are right!

Thanks michmich, hope so! I was in Europe in August last year for 3 weeks and only put on 3-4 lbs which came off within couple of days! We did do lots and lots of walking there but ate and drank whatever, whenever!
